Since establishment in 2009, Samurai Sharpening (formerly known as Sir Scissor) has been known for providing high-quality services with outstanding finishes to hair scissors, dressmaking scissors, chefs knives, cleavers and more.

In 2013, we travelled to the USA and Japan to study our craft. Since then, we have standardised the whole business in line with Japanese wet style sharpening and have four differing methods to achieve this.

We believe there is still a place in society for our quality service and customer relations at affordable prices. Our focus on quality means we only retail products that will meet our stringent standards.
